The Mini Studio Apartment is located on the 1st floor of a small building, built in 2009. There are 2 residential units on the same floor, and on the ground floor, there is a nice coffee bar. On weekends, you can expect noise from the bar until 1 AM if you have the windows open.
In front of the building, you will see Patrix Bar. The entrance to the building is to the right of the bar at the large lattice door. On the right side of the door, you will see a pin pad on the wall that unlocks the door. Enter the hallway, and on the left side, you will see a door. Enter the building, and on the 1st floor, look for the door marked MINI STUDIO APARTMENT.
